How do new parishioners register for a formed.org account?

  1. Select  - I belong to a Parish or Organization.
  2. Select your parish (using zip 06831).
  3. Register with your name and email address.
  4. Check that email account for a link to begin.
  5. Contact the formation office with questions. P. 203.531.4265


How do parishioners log into Formed.org who previously had access?

  1. Go to formed.org
  2. In the upper right corner, select "Sign In."
  3. If you are already actively logged on, you will be brought to the main Formed site.
  4. If you are not logged on, the system will email you with a password or 6-digit code.
